Synopsis

In the summer of 1981, a PhD student witnesses the abduction of a two-year-old girl. In 2004, retired Chief Inspector George Sharp receives a letter reproaching him for botching the original investigation. Sharp tracks down the witness and enlists him in the search for the culprit.
