Synopsis

Caithleen and Baba, first encountered in 'The Country Girls' (3681), are now living in Dublin. Baba, looking for a good time, drags with her a reluctant Kate. Then Kate meets Eugene, a film director, and for a while her romantic dreams are fulfilled. But Eugene is a Protestant divorce´ and soon Kate's drunkard father summons a lynch mob.
