Synopsis
A young South American mathematician, newly arrived in Oxford, had barely met his elderly landlady, when she was murdered in her wheelchair. This was the first in a series of murders inspired by a book by philosopher Arthur Seldom. Our hero uses a mathematical theorem to try to solve the mystery.
