Synopsis
Sam Packer is diverted from a hunt for drugs traffickers and ordered to stop Peregrine Harrison, a PoW in the second world war, who is threatening to kill his former captor an abuser, Tetsuo Kamata, now a wealthy Japanese business man. To save Kamata, Packer finds himself face to face with the drugs lords he was investigating!
