Synopsis
Sequel to 'Long way from Chicago' (16187). In 1937 Mary Alice is sent from Chicago to spend a year in the country with scary Grandma Dowdel. She soon becomes Grandma's partner in crime as they help out their friends and take care of their enemies. Gradually Mary Alice realises she has more in common with Grandma than she thought.
