DARK WATERS

The McCann boys, especially Mungo, are the first the police come for when there has been trouble. Everything changes when Col McCann rescues a boy from the Loch, Col becomes a hero. But Col saw something in the Loch which haunts him and forces him to decide between family loyalty and the need to do what is right.

Maxine's family is nearly destroyed when her brother Derek disappears and then dies in a squat. Then Maxine starts to get telephone calls hinting that Derek is alive. Who could be playing such a sick, cruel joke?

A school caving expedition goes disastrously wrong, leaving five teenagers trapped underground. Worse still a member of the group disappears leaving the others struggling for survival.
